One of my 13 highlights of 2013.
This was the first time I’d ever shot a show at Brixton Academy as well as Disclosure’s first time playing the iconic and historic London venue, it was also the last date of their worldwide live tour.
Having attended several gigs at Brixton Academy over the years I knew how great the surroundings of the stage were with it's columns and balconies. I wanted a shot that incorporated Disclosure's live show production, with the crowd and the surrounding areas of the stage. From previous shows I’d shot, I knew it would be their last song 'Latch' that would get the biggest reaction from the crowd.
The moment didn’t disappoint.
